Charges $25 fee for no show, but no accountability on even answering the phone to have a record transfer. Makes you wait 6-8 callers every time is a scarcity marketing tactic, wasting your time every time. Front desk very unprofessional in how they answer the phone and rude. I would avoid going there at all cost. I know how ritz customer service, handle phone calls if they can’t even answer a simple phone call and not be rude imagine the next person you will be speaking to.
He’s by far the best medical doctor that I’ve ever worked with.
He didn't seem to care. I'm explaining to him what's wrong and he tells me I'll be fine. He was more concerned about me having a job to get insurance. I paid all that money for him not to even treat me. Told me to go home and gargle and to get me a job.
