What a wonderful PERSON and DOCTOR, He definitely made my son feel comfortable and confident when he expressed his concerns to him. At first as any mother and as a Medical Assistant, conversation was towards him and not me which was odd, but as you take in the rational of it all, and experience for my son he is a young teen and will soon become an adult and knowing he can express to the doctor with such confidence was refreshing. I like Dr. Pinto and his staff, I really felt comfortable with trusting them with my son. They would go out of their way to communicate and explain everything right for me. Even made sure my son was well taken care off at all times. Dr. Pinto is an amazing doctor!
Our experience was a bit traumatic, around a year ago, my son 15 had to be rushed to the emergency room and had to be transported in an ambulance to Cook Children's Medical Center, we were so fortunate that the Urologist head of the hospital where we went first was able to reach the Urologist head at Cook"s and after a quick discussion, they recommend that the surgery would be performed at the children hospital. Kirk Pinto, Definitely the worse provider I’ve ever been to. He is a joke and humiliated my son and talked to in a manner that was so inappropriate. He did absolutely nothing for him. He walked in read my report had him get off the bed started writing numbers on the paper, had me calculate on my phone for him number. My son is hurt and we got no answers I had to ask for an ultra sound which no one ever called me back . I had a procedure done when I was in middle school. I didn’t know if the procedure was a success or not (but had a good experience as far as surgery is concerned), but now at 29 I just found out my wife is pregnant, so I can say the procedure was a resounding success. Dr. Pinto fixed my beans. Thanks dr pinto.
