The young girl behind the counter really doesn’t care, isn’t knowledge about her job, and doesn’t follow through with sending scripts. They closed their office downtown and moved to Grand Avenue without letting their clients know. The only good PA, Paul, left. Dr Kirk G. Williams had been my physician for over 30 years and my personal experience has been wonderful and his covering and openness is why I have considered him one of the best. I see Dr. Alejandro Reyes now and she is so caring and knowledgeable and she continues to carry the torch for the clients at Williams family medicine.
