Hilton Head Island is a coastal resort destination in the Southeastern corner of South Carolina, just a few miles North of the Georgia State Line on Interstate 95. Dr. Dixon is a wonderful vet who has compassion for his pet patients and their families! He always takes his time and listens and then helps you make the best decisions for a healthy and happy pet. He has a busy practice but always takes his time. I have never felt rushed. I love how he is the one that does everything in his practice. He even clips nails! He is hands on for everything that involves your pet and thats what makes him special. I think he and his office staff are the best and I would not go anywhere else!
I selected this boarding facility because I needed my dog to have medical supervision and quality care while I was out of town as he was recovering from surgery. I dropped him off with his vaccine records and gave them a history of his health. When we picked him up we find out they were billing me for vaccines he already had. Of course at this point I am upset and demanded to speak with the owner. The owner who happens to be the vet, Dr. Dixon was rude, condescending, unprofessional and arrogant.
