I have been a patient of Dr. Kirby Ransom ever since he took over the Henderson office behind the hospital. On my very first visit, I asked if I could have laughing gas before receiving the numbing injection because I have always been terrified of going to the dentist. When Dr. Ransom told me they no longer offered laughing gas, my anxiety immediately set in. He quickly put all of my fears to rest. I recently saw Dr Ransom and staff for a series of dental visits. He was kind and personable, yet professional and thorough. Every staff member was the same, especially Carolyn and Lisa. They really went above and beyond to ensure my visits were timely and informative. The dental assistants, hygienist, office staff, dentist, all A+. You really feel the warmth and caring spirit from the staff.
Horrible experience. Ended up costing me above and beyond. A nightmare is a nice way to put it.
