I have been going to Kiran for more than 15 years and I have never had a bad experience. Kiran is extremely gentle, calm and reassuring. The place is immaculate and he explains everything he is going to do before he does it. He stops if I move slightly to ask if I am ok and if I am feeling any pain. I have had many procedures done including major dental and I can honestly say not once have I felt any pain. Even when Kiran uses the injection to numb the tooth it does not hurt.
