Went to Doctor as had gotten good review from a former patient of hers. Mentioned it to her and she did not even acknowledge it. Maybe due to patient confidentiality she’s not able to? Also her assistant was kind of cold, no smiles or anything. Due to her specialty for us patients it makes for a more uncomfortable situation. Think that both could be more personable and friendly. The first PA that took down the initial Information, BP, etc was more welcoming. Other than that, she was fine.
Dr. Muddasani is awesome! I highly recommend her. She truly listens to her patients and never disregards concerns. She takes everything into consideration and ensures that the appropriate tests are done based on your symptoms & history. She is also excellent at explaining results in detail, which gives me peace of mind. Her calm and reassuring approach makes every visit a positive experience. I appreciate having a doctor who genuinely cares!
Dr. Muddasani has great bedside manner. She made me feel very comfortable and provided great guidance for my health issue. The wait in the waiting room was short and the staff at the desk was very nice and easy to deal with. Highly recommended. Thanks very much Dr. Muddasani
