I'm gonna be honest, I myself had a great experience.He was nice and did good with me. My best friend who has I b s goes and gets her test done.And he talked to her, like a dog did not even tell her what he did.She had to find out from a nurse left her mortified.When reading this understand you better be glad I was not there.We will be seeking another doctor thank you for letting me leave a rating
The nurse was great, the anesthesiologist explained everything . DR K called me after I didn't have time to talk after my consultation. My only problem is they hold your driver hostage. Appt 8:30 arrive at 8 per instructions and not in until 9:55 Driver can not leave the parking lot! Lady came in and asked if her driver could get breakfast! No. I DON'T understand holding your driver hostage for hours and your waiting room has 5 chairs. 97 degree weather we are to sit in a running car, and waste gas. Dr. Jagarlamundi was top notch, an excellent physician. The lady who checked me in was very nice, very professional. From there things took a nosedive. The nurse who put in my IV and got things started was ok, she seemed to be in a rush to be done with me so I didn't ask questions. The CRNA introduced himself but I had to ask what his role was in my care. He said less than 10 words to me and looked down or away the entire time. And gosh, in the procedure room NO ONE SPOKE TO ME. I kept thinking 'just give it a second' but no... read more
