The nurse was great, the anesthesiologist explained everything . DR K called me after I didn't have time to talk after my consultation. My only problem is they hold your driver hostage. Appt 8:30 arrive at 8 per instructions and not in until 9:55 Driver can not leave the parking lot! Lady came in and asked if her driver could get breakfast! No. I DON'T understand holding your driver hostage for hours and your waiting room has 5 chairs. 97 degree weather we are to sit in a running car, and waste gas. Dr. Jagarlamundi was top notch, an excellent physician. The lady who checked me in was very nice, very professional. From there things took a nosedive. The nurse who put in my IV and got things started was ok, she seemed to be in a rush to be done with me so I didn't ask questions. The CRNA introduced himself but I had to ask what his role was in my care. He said less than 10 words to me and looked down or away the entire time.
