I was incredibly anxious going into my appointment but Dr Lewis was incredibly kind, patient and understanding, making sure to fully explain every step of the process and checked in multiple times to make sure I was feeling comfortable. I couldn't recommend her more.
Unfortunately I never even got a chance to meet with the doctor. I somehow put the wrong time into my calendar and ended up double booked. That is totally my fault. I called and left a message explaining what I’d done and I got a message shortly after being told that we couldn’t rebook until I paid for the missed appt. The receptionist called me 3 times.
