Dr. Porter and the staff are amazing. Dr. Porter takes the time to listen to your concerns, and address them holistically. Recently being diagnosed with symptoms of an Autoimmune Disorder, she was able to identify problems I didn’t even know I had. I could not be more grateful. I highly recommend.
Dr. Porter is an excellent physician. My mother was dying and I needed to get north and I was very very sick. She had me come to her office right away. She treated me she got me well quickly and she monitored me to make sure I could do the travel to the north to see my mother before she passed. The whole time I was gone, she stayed in touch with me to make sure I was OK . When I returned , she continued to check on me and had her staff contact me. I saw Dr Porter for a Covid/ Flu bug and was treated like a King, she quickly diagnosed my condition and gave me an IV infusion and it worked on my condition and gave me peace of mind. Later that day I felt wonderful and was able to continue with my day. All the symptoms disappeared, thank you Dr Porter. You are a wonderful physician and I would recommend you to all my friends. Your staff were very welcoming and warm. They follow your lead with being caring and empathetic and show much concern for the patient. Thanks!!
If I could give zero stars, I would. 1st- I went in for many different reasons, they didn't listen to anything I said. They gave me a over the counter samples and brushed off what I came in for. 2nd- they broke HIPPA and made a comment about a family member that also has been there (she will also NEVER be going back, the trust was broken) 3rd- I paid in full and I am still getting bills.
