While the office staff and nurse were very kind, I did not have a good experience with Kiley Ferer, PA. Medication was prescribed without asking enough questions about my symptoms, she only looked at the computer and didn't bother to ask anything about who I am and what conditions I may have when I was there to establish care. Bedside manner was more than disappointing. It left me feeling unheard and "managed." However if you are able to get in with their DO.
