I have been with Dr K Buckman for over a year now and have only had great experiences. Dr Buckman is responsive and proactive with my minor issues, the staff is equally as good. There is no wait time for appointments once you arrive and your arent rushed during your appointment. The few times I have had a question after the appointment they have responded very quickly. I am very happy with the practice.
Lack of medical care. Almost no appointment time. The worst ENT and other referrals in my life. She posted a "COMMUNITY MESSAGE" on PHYSICIANS GATEWAY. I didnt know there was a Physicians Gateway, I've tried to find out what she announced to the other doctors and staff about me, I havent been able to get my records yet, though I've requested in writing several times.
The receptionist was very strange when I called in to make an appointment. This is a concierge doctor where you pay fees to see them. The receptionist kept saying you need to go on the site to see if they are a good fit for you. I am busy and making calls on my 15 and 30 minutes break. I specifically asked her if she was a concierge doctor and she stated I would need to do my own research. Overall, it was a waste of time on the phone and viewing her online.
Six Months for an Appointment - Are you kidding me? So my eyes started to change and I definitely needed new glasses. When I called my long time health service, they gave me a reference to replace the optometrist I used regularly who had recently retired. A phone call later I heard, "sure we can see you in six months" as if it was my lucky day.
