From my first phone call, to making an appointment and finally arriving at the office- wonderful experience!! The office staff and Dr Parker- absolutely amazing- I really needed them and I am so grateful!! I've also been a critical care RN for decades- I know an amazing md when I meet one.
Worst office I have ever experienced. No returned calls and no follow through after lung biopsy results appeared in patient portal. How the Drs allow their staff to perform at this level and define their practice is beyond comprehension.
Had a great experience with the entire team. I'm more than a bit puzzled by the reviews here as the administrative team greeted me warmly when I first walked in and I found them to be easy to work with. I also found Dr. Parker to be generous with her time, was a great listener to the symptoms I was experiencing, and she created a sensible follow up plan for me.
We have been waiting since February ( had 2 sleep studies) my husband needs a new cPap still waiting for the Dr Parker’s office referral was sent to. ( they will NOT tell us) keep saying they will call us back 🤣🤣🥴. Never happens!!! Help from anyone would be great!!
She is fabulous, but her office gets things wrong often.
