My appointment was at 10 new patient filled out paper work by 1030 got in the room by 1130 exam by 1145 still here at 1235 hearing test done still waiting this makes no sense a dr vist shouldn't take this long im highly upset i had an eye appointment at 12 and im still here at the ear dr just sitting in the waiting area im truly disgusted and disappointed with my primary care dr referral will not return
The worst ENT I’ve ever seen! I’m not usually one to post negative feedback about people but I think I need to let others know about this woman’s practicing abilities! I went in for an ear tube to be placed in my right ear as it was needed for my hyperbaric sessions. Dr. Pasquale had me in tears while inserting this tube in my ear ... (a relatively easy process from what I had been told)..what she was doing to me felt as though she was trying to dig my ear drum out of my head! It was so awful and her staff stood in the room ... read more
Not a fan of Dr. Pasquale at all. I actually left in tears because she was so dismissive and physically rough. As others said, she seemed rushed, she seemed to not care about me nor my situation, she was unapologeticly an hour late in seeing me, and when I questioned her analysis of my situation because it didn’t match what other doctors have told me nor my own experience she became defensive and dismissive. This was amongst the worst experiences w a doctor I’ve had. Seriously find a different doctor.
