One year today. Husband was under her care at a local nursing facility temporarily. He was very sick and getting much worse. She would not come and see him and hung up phone on nurse. I finally had them call 911. He was transferred to the ER next door, then to MICU at UT. He passed two days later from septic shock. This could have been avoided and handled had this doctor done her job two days before. It has been traumatic for all of us.
Doctors and staff are very professional and kind. I've been seeing Doc Hagerman for approximately 4 years now. I recommend!
I already left a review like a month ago but it got taken down, long story short I went to her office bc I was having stomach pains so she did tests like ct and ultra sounds and said I was delusional and then a month later I went to a different doctor and they did the same thing and found a 12 pound tumor and yes it was cancerous so I lost all my hair at 13 years old also it was my birthday when I went to the hospital and then we called her asking why she didn’t tell us what was going on and she didn’t answer the phone she i... read more
