This review is a little late, but Dr. Evan’s is quite possibly one of the best most thorough and caring doctors I have met. I work in the medical field and can confidently say she is top tier! Absolutely amazing team and I would recommend them to anyone!
Dr Evans and her team at Sugar Land Medical Spa are excellent. Wonderful service from my first call for an appointment, to stepping through the front doors to every interaction with the receptionists, nurses, sonogram techs to the doctor. They were friendly, and listened to my needs and provided everything I needed within a short time. I would highly recommend them for any services you need. What a lovely find to have here close to home.
As an established patient I’m used to being met with a warm inviting energy when from Dr Evans staff. After going to the old location and seeing the notice on the door I arrived at the new location. When i entered I said i had an appointment and my name. I then asked the front desk lady, would you be needing anything from me, insurance, id being that online they have a new portal. Update - in response to their comment - please train your staff!! I have no reason to be dishonest. The info below is what I was told over the phone. Stop the gas lighting please. You’re a professional and your staff represents YOU. Disappointed. Website states to call for a free consultation. The consultation is only free for non invasive procedures receptionist states. Consultation fee is $250 and it will not be applied to the cost of surgery should I decide to proceed. What? I guess I will search elsewhere. Like why would... read more
