5 star doctor surrounded by incompetence or forgetfulness. Wife has called 3 times to get pregnisone refill, she had enough for 1 more day. Tuesday 11/13 she was told by receptionist that it would be called in that day. Thursday 11/15 they checked, showed in the computer that it was called in but wasnt. Friday 11/16 they said it would be called in by the end of business. Nurse never called in prescription to pharmacy. Already 3 days without this steroid, now it is Friday, maybe on Monday the nurse might get around to calling... read more
Wonderful Experience every time I go (every 3 months). Dr. Thompson is very thorough and genuinely concerned. Her down-to-earth attitude is so very refreshing. I hope to not need more Dr.’s in my life but if I do I hope they are like her.
