I hate posting this, but they are a business first. Priority is on making as much profit as possible through a client, rather than making sure the client is genuinely happy with their results. Omg, I could write a manifesto on how lovely Dr. Kimberly Lee and her team are. I had an earlobe repair and they made the entire experience very quick and easy on a super tight timeline. Dr. Lee got me in for my procedure the same day as my consult, and she coached me through every single step as she was repairing my ear.
