I like Dr. Jordan but I need a Doctor whome I don't have to wait an hour or more for when I am sick. There must be a disconnect with the staff who schedules her appointments and her actual appointment times. We are switching Doctors because we cannot wait for a scheduled appointment longer than an hour and we need a doctor to be available to see us when we are sick.
First and foremost, Dr. Jordan listens to her patients. She is attentive to every concern and responds professionally with a caring attitude and a genuine commitment to excellence in patient care. Absolutely love Dr. Jordan and highly recommend.
Dr Jordan was OK but the staff is rude, fat and lazy. No one will answer the phone and it is almost impossible to get an appointment.
Dr Jordan does not follow up and does not comes up with a plan of treatment or she did not referred me to the specialist. She called me with the results after few days I had called and requested the results. She ordered pain med 5 days after I have been in pain. I didn't need it pain med, I need it to fix the problem. So I referred myself to a specialist and found out that I had internal bleeding and he had to treat me immediately with strong antibiotic.
