Appendectomy and additional follow up. Dr. Ponnuru was nothing but informative, helpful and kind all along the way. Highly recommend. I didn't feel like a number but rather a patient and a person.
Dr. Ponnuru is a skilled, knowledgeable surgeon who always takes time to explain everything to the patient and family in a way that is understandable and kind. She seems to view her patient as an important person and not just a "case." Her sense of caring, ability to listen to the patient, and her professional demeanor were so evident and completely appreciated as she helped my husband in his medical journey.
