Nurse never told me my oxygen level was very low. Dr never even did ant test or physical exam. She had me look at the picture of a hand and asked if I ever saw that on my hands. I said no. Then she said I did not have sorgens just thryoid disease. The next day a co worker gave me her oxygen level tool and said when her oxygen was at 900 she was taken to the hospital. I was at 85. Apparently Dr Cerveny relocated her office and list half her patients information and because of this people such as my husband have to wait for over a month to be seen and get his arthritis medicine refilled. Never got any notifications that she needed to see him before the medicine ran out. Just an "oh well sorry that's how it is". Its not the fault of the patient when you lose their information and don't contact them at all. Dr. Cerveny has been my rheumatologist for a few years now and I honestly think she and her staff are wonderful. Cerveny helped me get a proper diagnosis when no one else would. The office itself has always been incredibly helpful, especially Sarah, and anytime I've had issues they are there to help. I highly recommend this office.

Came to see Dr. Cerveny and I cant say enough great things about her and her staff. She took time to listen to us and educate us on what was going on. Absolutely a great experience.Thank you
