I was a patient of Dr. Austin's for years. I trusted her and her medical staff with my care, until she abruptly terminated me (by mail) as a patient with no warning or just cause. She left me without continuity of care until I could see a new doctor, which resulted in me having to go off of much-needed medication. My health suffered, not to mention the stress/anxiety brought on by her disrespect and refusal to discuss the circumstances of my termination. She Rush you and never take the time to listen, and always just assume you have what one of other patients have. Her stuff don’t communicate and always sound confused and unprofessional.
