I always love to write good reviews but I am unable to for Kim Winburn. I didn't find her to be a knowledgeable doctor. She always seemed to run around, giggling with her staff, and in her interactions with me I didn't find her to be appropriate. I found her staff to also be rude and they have no problems defending her, and in my learning of situations like these, it's because they can cover their mistakes for each other.
