Do not waste your time with Dr. Hess or NorthShore. Scheduled an appt with her and she tried to send in a nurse practitioner. I politely told them no, I made my appointment with the doctor and I would like to see her. She came in and I could tell she was irritated. She scheduled a test. Sent it to labs. Billed me $90 on top of my $30 co pay. A week or so later had me come in for results to be read and paid another $30 and found that she sent it for incorrect testing after she sent another doctor in to meet with me. He had no... read more
Dr Hess is an AWESOME Dr. She really cares about you as a person. I won't see anyone else for my female needs as long as she is practicing! I love you Dr Hess!!!
Short wait time, and excellent staff.
She's my doctor until she's retired. Never thought I'd find an OB for life lol but I did.
