The doctor herself is caring and does pay attention to the patients' needs. However, the office is a complete mess. The front office staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. Takes weeks or months to do a prior authorization, and when call to get the status of the prior authorization they act like you don’t know what you’re talking about. The front desk staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. Takes months to see a doctor and when you finally arrive at the office you'll be waiting for a long long long time. Today, after waiting for 90 minutes, I left the office without seeing a doctor. I just couldn't stay there the whole day waiting while having an infant with a sitter at home. I was very impressed with her thoroughness and taking the time to hear my concerns and my medical history. I have only been to her once for a new patient consult, but I am very happy I found her. I did have to wait longer than expected (2 hours) but it was worth the wait. Highly recommend!
