The doctor herself is caring and does pay attention to the patients' needs. However, the office is a complete mess. The average wait time is an hour and a half. The front desk staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. Takes months to see a doctor and when you finally arrive at the office you'll be waiting for a long long long time. Today, after waiting for 90 minutes, I left the office without seeing a doctor. I just couldn't stay there the whole day waiting while having an infant with a sitter at home. I was very impressed with her thoroughness and taking the time to hear my concerns and my medical history. I have only been to her once for a new patient consult, but I am very happy I found her. I did have to wait longer than expected (2 hours) but it was worth the wait. Highly recommend!
