I’ve called numerous times to be seen , and never could. I’ve asked for doctor to call back, and never got a call. I’ve had a standing appointment for 5 weeks, today they tell me to bad, we are removing this appointment, call your insurance, totally unhelpful
I have been with Dr Kim and her husband Dr Brian for over 5 years. I have had great experiences with my health care and am very confident in their expertise The communication has been outstanding. I do use the elation medical portal. . I have recommended them to friends who are equally satisfied.
Dr. Kim Erdmann MD is a very knowledgeable physician. Her focus is looking at your health concerns wholistically. She takes time with you to map out a health plan so you will be successful and be healthy. She is a physician you can trust.
Don’t ever call and expect an answer. Or a return phone call for that matter. My appointment with Dr. Kim was two weeks ago and I still don’t have test results or a Rx (which was supposed to be sent over to my pharmacy same day). The front office ladies are extremely young and lack confidence in the ability to perform their duties. I felt as if I should’ve ran out the door when I first stepped in. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
