Doctor Briscoe is a consummate professional, she is knowledgeable and caring. I could not ask for a better personal physician. I feel like I am consulting with a family member. And when I am concerned she is quick to recommend a specialist opinion, which I greatly appreciate. I have recommended her to many friends in my community and church groups. Novant has superb medical and professional staff personnel.
Dr Briscoe is wonderful. Very personable, yet provides objective care. Gives great suggestions, not always requiring medication or a referral.
