Dr Kim Hayes has been part of medical and lifestyle management plan for several years. She has provided invaluable advice on various personal health matters and conditions. She is always professional, thorough and considered. I have learned a great from her to manage my diet, supplements, and lifestyle choices - which has translated to better health, better sleep, weight management and personal performance. I have completed two of her Ketogenic diet workshops which were excellent. Highly recommended!
I went to see Dr Hayes due to concerns with hives and eczema. She was only interested in selling me her keto program. When I asked her to explain why it would help me, she couldn't provide an answer.
