I was looking for acupuncture in Sherwood Park. After checking out several places, I decided this place was the one! I booked an appt for 10 am. The day before, I was in Calgary for work and I headed back to Sherwood Park around 6 pm when my car broke down on the highway. Realizing I would not have a vehicle the next day, I called at 630 pm to cancel my appt for 10 am the next morning. They were not open to recieve the call so I left a message. Wow…… What a difference she’s made. Feeling outstanding since starting to see Dr. Kim.
I can mot leave a review re Dr Goweter specifically, however, i am here to warn others about their "policies". It is mandatory to leave a credit card number to book an appointment. When I asked why, I was told "they require to have one on file to book appointments, they do not charge, it just sits on hold. I chose not to leave one I would not be able to book". My credit card was charged WITHOUT CONSENT $196.00 for a "no show". This is completely unacceptable. At no time did anyone inform me or ask permission to use my card. ... read more
