I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Brooks and am glad to have found an OBGYN in Jackson. She took the time to talk to me about my history and concerns. The exam was as gentle as can be and she was nice to talk to. She recommended something for me to try for an ongoing problem which worked quite well! I have seen 3 other OBGYN's for this issue and none offered this suggestion. I definitely recommend her for routine gynecological care. Dr. Brooks is wonderful! She is patient with questions and concerns and is very kind! She is also gentle with invasive procedures.
Dr. Brooks was amazing! I had a C-Section and delivering my son prematurely. She made thing feel calm and comforting.
Stay away from this doctor. Have heard nothing but horrible things.
I didn't have the opportunity to get to an appointment with Dr. Brooks. I just called and explained I had a miscarriage over 3 weeks ago and I'm still bleeding to the receptionist. That my OB can't see me til the 20th. She took all my info including my social security and then looked for appointments. She isn't available until Jan 8th. I asked if they could call me if there's a cancelation and she responded yooou can call back. We don't keep a cancelation list in an annoyed tone.
