Naz, the receptionist, has been very difficult to work with. She consistently seems unprofessional, unhelpful, and complicates simple tasks. Every interaction with her has been frustrating, wasting my time on matters that should be quick and easy. Many other reviews mention similar experiences, and friends who go here say the same thing. It feels like a case of nepotism, and dealing with her has been a constant headache.
I have been a patient of Dr. Tavallaei for many years. He is the best dentist I have ever been too. Prior to him, I was very afraid to ever go to the dentist, and tried to avoid it until the problem was very bad. He explains everything very carefully to me, and is very thoughtful and conservative in his treatments. I trust him completely. In the past I had an issue where dentists couldn't get me numb--but the way he does the shot not only doesn't hurt, but it completely makes the procedure pain free. They are very friendly and the office is so clean and comfortable. The Doctor and assistant are kind and you can ask a question and they will answer you very clearly and kindly. I recommend them 100%.
