My son saw Dr. Carter over the course of 4 years. He didn’t feel respected during conversations. I was overcharged and the office wouldn’t fix it, even after I submitted proof. Dr. Carter’s medications were ineffective and led to serious side effects, after which other psychiatrists have told me that Dr. Carter’s treatment plan was outdated and ineffective due to Dr. Carter’s lack of expertise in medical advances.
