Went to Dr. Hwang early of 2023 with burning sensations in my thigh and lower back. After multiple pain management shots in my back he decided I needed a fusion which was done in September 2023. Needed to wear a back brace for 3 mths as well. After the surgery I still had the same pain. He then gave me meds for that which only made me sick. Months later still in pain, he said give it time. My lower spine was so crooked my rib cage and pelvis were touching on the left side. Very complicated two-step procedure, but now my back is practically straight again. Dr. Hwang is personable, professional, caring, and clearly knows what he's doing. Highly recommended.

my surgery with dr hwang went very well. the sciatic pain i had experienced for over 2 yrs. went away immediately after surgery.i has been 6 months since the operation and there is no pain and all the gear put in my back has stayed in place. overall i couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.
