They make you bring the referral letter in person so that they can give you an appointment. This can be easily done electronically.
The address is WRONG on this website: the North York Endoscopy Centre moved to the Polyclinic at 2 Champagne drive, sometime in 2016. As we'd had no notice of a changed address, we were lucky to arrive early enough to get to the newer location in time.
