I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Murad. Both she and her assistant doctor were thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely caring. They asked thorough questions, took the time to listen, and considered the bigger picture rather than making assumptions. This clinic and doctor are terrible. Do not go here. Unfortunately, my family doctor referred me to this clinic. Dr. Murad only seems to care about prescribing medications because she profits from it. She even booked me an appointment to get an IUD after I clearly told her that I don’t want to be on birth control, completely disregarding my feelings and preferences. Best experience I’ve had with a Gynocologist. I had a traumatic experience with the last Gynocologist I saw elsewhere, and Dr Murad was very patient and kind and walked me through the steps of the procedure - making me feel very comfortable! It’s a long wait in the office but worth it for the care I received.
