Dr Pham used very poor judgement when I initially visited him for complaints of Left Heel Plantar Fasciitis. Dr Pham injected the wrong area of my foot, not my Heel, which has resulted in permanent nerve damage. Run, don’t walk, away from L A Medical Associates, while you still can.
