Horrible wait time on the phone and when someone finally answers you get transferred to an extension that no one picks up or if you leave a message no one calls back.. Update.....JJ was able to resolve my issue in less than 10 mins and she followed through. Appreciated it so much..

Dr Pham used very poor judgement when he injected the wrong area of my foot, while trying to resolve my Plantar Fasciitis, then lied about the part of my foot he injected in his office visit notes. Dr Pham tried covering himself from legal liability, and now has retained a Defense Attorney. ( Admission of Guilt) I now have nerve entrapment that has caused 7- months of pain, swelling, Ankle instability, and circulation problems, which will require surgery.
