I came to this dentist for cavities that needed to be filled and it was 4 appointments due to so many. However, it was rushed and one appointment she did 3 and it was 30 minutes and at the time I thought that was such a good job.I came in for a check up months later and she explained that all of them chipped. I felt like the blame was on me but it wasn’t my fault. She said they all have to be redone. If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst dentist I’ve been to. I went in for a check up and they wanted to do a few fillings. Mind you, I have never had issues with my gums or my teeth. No pain or sensitivity in any of my teeth. I had them go ahead with filling and for several months following the procedure my teeth were sensitive to the point I couldn’t drink mildly cold water with out pain. My family has received excellent care from Dr. Banks. I like the fact that he is careful about using non toxic dental materials and totally avoids mercury in his practice. The staff at his office always makes us feel comfortable. All in all, a great experience.
