Extremely frustrating experience. Would have given rating in negative 5 if there was an option. I was given a specific appointment time but still had to wait over 2 hours and sometimes in worst case 3 hours with no proper explanation or updates. This has happened at every appointment throughout my 9-month pregnancy journey, which is completely unacceptable.
