It’s difficult to explain how waste of time is this clinic ….
Dr. Aymal is our family doctor, and we’re so happy to see him. He explains everything clearly, is very patient, and carefully diagnoses each situation. The receptionist is also very friendly, always greeting us with a smile and explaining the waiting time to see the doctor. However, it’s best to book an appointment first to avoid long waits. Overall, a great experience every time!
Both receptionists and the male Dr. did terrible service today. I hope they do better on my next visit. I definitely did visit your practice. I am using another email address. Please speak with your staff to improve, thanks.
The reception desk cannot communicate effectively in English. I just wanted to know if a family planning service is offered by the GPs and it was impossible to determine. I even raised my straightforward question via email which received no reply. This led to an unnecessary appointment cost of $115 for a struggling international student
