After being referred to by a top doctor in chatham for an emergency, this hack says he won't even look at the file even though it was for a former nurse who spent 27 years at the hospital. A doctor in windsor is now taking care of it and has no idea why this monster wouldn't take a consult. Have to now take a day off work and drive to windsor for something that could have been looked at in Chatham. Also several months being sick and multiple calls, messages ,etc to find out he didn't want the case. Pathetic.
Called this office nine times to rebook an appointment for my severe GERD. No one from this office has called me back even though they say on their answering machine someone will call you within 24 hours
