I saw this doctor at Primary Care 360 in Sherwood in Jan 2022. Care was minimal, ZERO follow up on getting the Xray he ordered scheduled, and after 2 months, even though I called them 5 times the week after my visit, I still haven't had the xray. Have not been able to reach this doctor, or anyone at Primary Care 360 for 2 months, and the telephone no. at his Jacksonville clinic is disconnected. I'd give negative stars if I could.
