I was impressed with Dr. Kambal's friendliness and thoroughness on my first visit with him. He had obviously studied my medical records prior to our first meeting. Luckily I am not seeing him for an Oncology consult, but instead for severe and chronic anemia. After reviewing my history with me he made recommendations for current treatment. We will reassess in a few months and determine if additional steps to be taken.
We were unhappy with his approach and “bedside manner”. He was extremely rude and told us numerous times that the referring doctor “is an idiot”. He also stated he doesn’t care about my current health he only cares about my blood work. He just appears to not have time for me and was very condescending. We will definitely not be going to see him again.
Dr Kambal and his staff are top knotch! Seeing them now every six months gives me such a boost! I am blessed to be this far along and with Dr Kambal’s knowledge and professional skills, I feel very blessed to be w Minnesota Oncology! Thank you to all the wonderful staff!
