I had to mention about Neurologist Dr. khaled Hammoud here, I experienced friendly staffs and positive office environment. I felt very comfortable discussing my health issues. Doctor who listens well and politely , explains conditions well and spends enough time without rushing us.I felt comfortable discussing my health issues. Doctor's experience tells it all.
Worst Office Manager I have ever had to deal with! No one returns calls! Had to go into office to personally talk to someone because no one answers the phone. Leave a message and no one ever returns calls. Had to change my provider for prescriptions and they messed it up twice. My company had a print out of the steps needed to change this, but they thought they knew better so didn't do it like the paper said. It was a simple FAX to the other provider. Missed my medication for a month!! They all need fired and new staff hired... read more
