Worst Office Manager I have ever had to deal with! No one returns calls! Had to go into office to personally talk to someone because no one answers the phone. Leave a message and no one ever returns calls. Had to change my provider for prescriptions and they messed it up twice. My company had a print out of the steps needed to change this, but they thought they knew better so didn't do it like the paper said. It was a simple FAX to the other provider.
