I was there for an endoscopy procedure with Dr Balogun in Waldorf,MD. The whole experience was ok. Not something to brag about. My issue is especially with the Doctor. She didn’t took the time to talk to me or explain how everything is or what to expect or what to do. She spend about 10 seconds and then never seen her again. Not the kind of Doctor I want in my team.
Dr. Balogun has shown great care and offers various options for care that does not require medication as the only option. A plan of action and checking in with me has been very helpful.
Dr. Balogun was extremely thorough, professional and polite. She respected me at all times and ensured that all my questions were answered. Overall, the experience was wonderful. I highly recommend her!
