Christine (if I have name right) was great. Hopefully she took notes about the complaints I had 6 weeks ago, urging your office to (1) add an option to leave a message on phone calls (in addition to the urgent need one!); and (2) add an option to send an email to the office.
Very friendly group of dental professionals. As a newish patient, I now have a plan for my dental health.
