This was my 4th back surgery and I always continued with pain UNTIL Dr Waits did fusions in my back. For the last 30 years I had chronic pain in my back but thanks to Dr Waits it’s been a miracle I am pain free after his surgery. He is an excellent doctor and spends time with you explaining procedures. EXCELLENT DOCTOR!!!
Daughter required an emergency shunt replacement overnight last night and Dr Waits stepped up. Was very positive before and after procedure. Shared details, listened and answered our questions. Can’t say enough good about he and staff here at NEGA.
Dr. Waits is the man! I was all kinds of anxious but he came in right before and put me at ease. I’m on the other side and it’s amazing how good I feel less than 24 hours later. Thanks Dr. Waits and everyone at Braselton who was there to make that day as easy as possible!
I saw Dr. Waits yesterday ,I had back surgery May 11th 2025. I thank God I found the best surgeon to repair L4an5. Anyone needing back surgery I highly recommend Dr Waits.He deserves more than 5 star's. He also has a very fine staff. Thank you!
Update-surgery went well yesterday I’m headed home today. I asked for pain meds once last night but that’s been it. He came by before surgery to make sure I was ok he spoke with my family and his staff and hospital staff were top notch. I wish I could score higher than 5. Always read all reviews I think it’s unfair for a provider to get a low grade for office wait time that’s just an impatient-patient right there. Good Job Dr Waits and staff.
