This is not my first experience with Dr Thompson. He is knowledgeable and professional but those are trite things to say about a surgeon. Those are minimum expectations. Dr Thompson is more than that. He tries to understand your exact needs, pain level, discomfort and treats you accordingly. During my last visit he prescribed home therapy. After three days my shoulder pain was gone. He always considers his patients his top priority.
Prompt, professional and polite. I have great confidence in this doctor.
I had a total reverse shoulder surgery a year ago on my right shoulder and on March 24 Dr Thompson will be operating on my left shoulder. Dr Thompson in my opinion is the best. I trust Dr Thompson so much that I’m letting him operate again. It’s painful but worth it in the long run.
