I've had 2 appointments with Dr. Tan. The first was a full assessment including airway. He lent me a special pulse oximeter to track my breathing during sleep. I'm looking forward to the results. I had my crowns and a filling during the second appointment. Dr. Tan made sure I stayed comfortable during the procedures. He even gave me higher grade anesthetic, a weighted blanket, and light blocking sunglasses (due to my light sensitivity). And his assistant, Heavenly, is really nice. I like the vibe of this place too.
5 stars all the way from the beautiful clinic, VIP treatment, the in depth consultation and attention to detail, it was quite an experience. I usually dread going to the dentist, but this experience was just on another level. I can't wait to follow through with our treatment plan and see the final results. I can't wait for my family and friends to experience the same VIP treatment. Thank you Heavenly and Dr. Tan. I'll never go to another dentist again.
What a BEAUTIFUL office! It was like being in a spa! I’m usually nervous at the dentist, but Dr. Kevin Tan is so patient, kind and thorough! He went over all my xrays and photos with me and I learned so much!
Form & Function Dental, specifically Dr. Tan provided the best dental/oral care experience I've ever encountered. He took the time to give me an in-depth analysis and was able to explain everything in a digestible way. The space is luxurious and incredibly welcoming, very spa like experience. I'll be getting all my future dental work done here.
