I am giving the doctor a 1-star review, although he’s an amazing doctor and I really liked him and his nurse very much. Sadly, his receptionist/office manager is something else. She is one of the most rude and vile individuals I’ve ever encountered. I called today to schedule my check-up and she hung up on me the first time.
